Booking and payment

Direct bookings are handled by the SuperHote booking engine, displayed within this website, and paid by card through Stripe. No banking data passes through or is stored on this website. The terms and conditions of sale are shown at checkout and must be accepted to book.

Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am. La Suite accommodates two adults; children aged 2 to 17 and pets are not accepted. Direct bookings are non-refundable; no security deposit is required. The tourist tax (€2.78 per adult per night) is collected for the Pau Béarn Pyrénées urban community and is added to the nightly rate.
