Before you book
How does arrival work?
Entirely at your own pace, from 5 pm. You receive a personal code before you arrive: no one waits for you at the door, and that is intentional. We remain reachable on WhatsApp throughout your stay.
How many guests can La Suite accommodate?
Two adults. La Suite does not accommodate children aged 2 to 17.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is breakfast included?
There is no breakfast service. On arrival, coffee, tea, orange juice and a pastry await you.
Where can I park?
In the private car park in front of La Suite, which has an electric vehicle charging point.
Is there a minimum stay?
One night. Some high-demand nights, such as Saturdays and holidays, require a two-night minimum.
What is the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings are non-refundable. No security deposit is required.
Where is La Suite?
In Jurançon (64110), on the Domaine La Paloma, 6 km from the centre of Pau: about twelve minutes by car. Pau-Pyrénées airport is around twenty minutes away.
